1-Month Course

The 2-month course will facilitate the development of the following additional skills:
- Increased surf theory, and exposure to more challenging waves
- Increased ocean fitness, paddling power and confidence
To pass the qualification in the 2 month course you need to be able to ride a hard board and paddle on to a green wave on your own.

3-Month Course
The 3 month course will facilitate the development of the following additional skills:
- Provide up to 40 hours of practical coaching experience
- Use of video analysis to improve surfing techniques
To become a Level 1 Surf Instructor you must attend all classes, demonstrate the required surf skills, be found competent in the qualifications.

Please note that the itinerary is subject to change depending on surf conditions and/or Balinese religious holidays. We are not able to run surf lessons on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026 due to a public holiday in Bali (Nyepi Day).

Activiteiten
You will have experienced local guides who will introduce you to the people, amazing sites and inform you about local customs, cultures and how to stay safe while having fun in the tropical Islands of Bali & Beyond. You will immerse yourself into the surf culture, surfing all day, eating amazing food and spending the nights socialising at the camp or on the beach at the chilled surf venues.

Your adventure begins with an 1 Day / 1 Night Arrival Package to Bali where you will have a VIP pick up from Denpasar airport to Mojosurf Canggu Surf Camp. Check in to your accommodation, enjoy a complimentary massage and explore Canggu, Bali’s coolest town.
The accommodation consists of both shared dormitories and private rooms throughout your whole package, all fitted with air con, fans, and western-style amenities. Get settled in, explore Canggu’s bars and boutiques and begin your surfing adventure with us. The first days are dedicated to you finding your feet and us assessing your current level.
The Surf Academy Course includes time at Indonesia’s lost paradise, Red Island, nestled in the jungle. Our ocean view deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while checking the surf. Just a mere 100m to the beach our Red Island Surf Camp is the best place to call home.
Red Island Camp has all the facilities to make your stay comfortable: WiFi, restaurant, beach activities, private bungalow upgrades, volleyball, swimming pool, pool table, hiking, hammocks, laundry, TV and bar. Soak up the beauty of Gili Trawangan and Nusa Lembongan, two island paradises included in your package. Snorkel, surf and relax whilst enjoying some of the many great bars and restaurants.
Our Nusa Lembongan Surf Camp offers cliff-side accommodation overlooking the picture-perfect island. Enjoy cocktails and dinner at the rooftop lookout with spectacular views of Mt Agung on Bali’s west coast, crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches.

Lokaal vervoer
A VIP airport arrival transfer is included. Please ask your travel advisor to inform Mojosurf with your flight arrival information, and your Mojo driver will meet you at the airport (anytime of the day or night). Transport across and back to Canggu is also included.
