Daily yoga class timings are normally between 08:00-11:00 and 17:00-18:15. Each class is 1 hour 15 minutes long.

Developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, this is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture and breath control.
Vinyasa Flow - Medium
Let your mind go in this high-energy flow class. A challenging, heat-building practice focused on continual, fluid movement in sync with your breathing.
Yin - All levels
Yin is a passive practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes at a time with the focus on the connective tissues of the body. Most postures are seated, with focus on the whole physical and emotional body.
Restorative - All levels
Quiet your mind, relieve aches and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that leave you refreshed.
