8 day Whale Sharks and Fireflies Adventure

Day 1: Arriving at Manila

Welcome to the Philippines! Your journey begins with a private transfer from the airport to your accommodation in Manila. After a long flight, you may want to take some time to relax and get settled in. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, head out and explore the vibrant streets of the city.

Day 2: From Manila to Legaspi and Donsol

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before being picked up by a private driver for a short ride to the airport. From there, catch a flight to Legaspi and then transfer to a public jeepney bus for the journey to Donsol. Spend the day taking in the sights and sounds of the Philippines as you travel. When you arrive in Donsol, get settled in and explore the local area, perhaps trying out one of the local eateries for dinner.

Days 3-4: Donsol - Whale sharks + Fireflies

Donsol is one of the few places in the world where you can experience the thrill of swimming with whale sharks, which can be found here from November to June. Don your snorkeling gear and get ready for the experience of a lifetime as you swim alongside these gentle giants. Later, take a sunset cruise down the Donsol River and marvel at the fireflies lighting up the night sky.

Day 5: Exploring the Sorsogon Province

The Sorsogon province is home to much more than just the whale sharks of Donsol. Today, you'll embark on a full-day tour of the area in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Visit Paguriran Lagoon, San Benon Hot Springs, Old Barcelona Church, and Bulusan, which is known for its rich eco-system of a volcano, rainforest, lakes, and waterfalls. You'll also have the chance to visit local industries such as Karagumoy handicrafts, Pili plantations, and honey farms on the slopes of the volcano.

Day 6: Legaspi

After yesterday's full-day tour, take some time to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before being picked up by your driver and transferred to your accommodations in Legaspi.

Day 7: ATV Tour at Mount Mayon

Wake up to another delicious breakfast before embarking on an adrenaline-fueled ATV tour of the Lava Wall of Mayon Volcano. Navigate through gullies, rivers, and fallen rock as you experience the rugged beauty of the area. Return to your accommodations in the afternoon to rest and relax.
