You will be picked up by your driver for a short transfer to Delhi Railway Station. From there, hop on a train to Haridwar. On arrival, meet our representative for a one hour transfer by van to Rishikesh.

Welcome to Yoga Niketan Ashram! Yoga Niketan is one of the oldest Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, the world's capital of yoga. It is situated on a gentle hill by the bank of the holy river Ganga and it is surrounded by the majestic Himalayas. It was established in the year 1964 by Yogacharya Swami Yogeshwarananda Saraswati Maharaj Ji with the sole purpose of spreading science of yoga and spirituality in the world.

We begin the day in the ashram with Morning meditation followed by a specially prepared Rejuvenating Herbal Red Tea to detox the body followed by morning hatha yoga session to open up the body's energy channels. Daily activities include:
 
Sattvic breakfast follows after hatha yoga session
Resting time to freshen up
Taking a sunshine in Ashram's River view lawns rejuvenate body-mind
Followed by Session on Theoretical & Therapeutic aspects of yoga
Lunch followed by session on yoganidra relaxation
Interactive session (Q&A) on spiritual topics followed by evening chai. Evening hatha yoga session
Lecture on yoga philosophy followed by meditation in the evening and dinner is served. All our food is prepared in ashram's peaceful and clean kitchen in sattvic way
Mystical soulful musical evening followed by Indian Dinner in a nice Indian restaurant ends the retreat program

Yoga Niketan Ashram activities until check-out. A representative will be waiting for you in the lobby of the Ashram for your transfer back to Haridwar Railway Station. From there, hop on a train to Delhi where your yoga retreat package ends. Time to connect to your next adventure!
